We make use of the following services to courier your shipment throughout South Africa.
For larger orders (exceeding approximately 30 scrunchies) please email us for a shipping quotation, before placing your order.
Shipping occurs Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Thursdays will be shipped on the following Monday. As a safety measure and to ensure that your shipment does not stay in transit over a weekend we do not deposit shipments Friday - Sunday as the couriers do not operate on weekends.
The Aramex Store-To-Door shipment option will allow for up to 30 scrunchies per bag per order. Domestic Delivery To Main Centers by the next business day. Outlying areas may take up to 72 hours. For larger orders please email us for a shipping quotation.The Twisted Cloth will not be held liable for orders not delivered after handover to the courier. Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly to avoid non delivery of your order.
We also allow the PAXI Store-to-Store Collection Point option - A PAXI Collection Point nearest to your delivery address will be selected. Should you have a preferred PAXI Collection Point please specify your PAXI Collection Point Address and Code in the comment section provided during checkout. To view collection points please visit the PAXI website at https://map.paxi.co.za Remember to have your PAXI PIN & ID ready when collecting your parcel. PAXI delivery takes 7-9 business days. Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly to avoid non delivery of your order. The Twisted Cloth will not be held liable for orders not delivered after handover to the courier or due to any incorrect collection points as a result of incorrect delivery information supplied.
Please note that our self collection option is only available to clients that have a special arrangement for local collection. We do not have a physical store and reserve the right to refuse collection if not made by prior arrangement. For all online orders please use our standard shipping option.
Some special offers may allow for free shipping above a specified purchase amount. All orders below this amount will be processed and shipped by using the standard shipping option.
We offer standard payment options during checkout through debit or credit card or via Paypal. Please follow the easy checkout process to make your online payment.
For wholesale orders we accept EFT. We can also provide you with a SnapScan link to complete your payment online. No orders will be completed without proof of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
